  • 2003: we started as Proteo

    Not in a garage, and not with a pitch deck. We began building transport software for UK operators when the alternative was a whiteboard and a fax machine, and we have been in this one industry ever since.

  • 2006: Jack Richards came on, and stayed

    Serious UK hauliers trusted the system early. Jack Richards & Son have run on it since 2006 and are still with us today. Twenty years of one operator’s real fleet is a harder test than any roadmap.

  • Proteo became HaulierMagic

    The name changed and the product was rebuilt for the cloud. The people, the customers and the twenty years of knowing how a traffic office actually works did not change with it.

  • What that buys you

    We are not learning haulage on your fleet. We know what a claused delivery costs, why the invoice waits for month end, and what happens when a site is not ready. That is the whole company, not a vertical we added.
