The platform

Six parts of one system, not six systems

Planning, tracking, the driver’s phone, the customer’s login and the invoice all read and write the same job. Change it once and the whole operation sees it.

The HaulierMagic planning board showing a day's work across vehicles and time

Trusted by UK haulage operators

What you get

One part per job, one set of data.

Each part is built for the people who use it — the planner, the traffic desk, the driver, your customer, the accounts team — and all of them are looking at the same work.

How it fits together

The parts are not integrated. They are the same system.

A typical transport stack is a planning tool, a tracking tool, a driver app and an accounts package, joined by exports and rekeying. Every join is somewhere the day can go wrong. Here there are no joins.

One job, from order to invoice

The job the planner drops on the board is the job the driver sees, the job the customer tracks, and the job the invoice is raised from. It is not copied between systems, so there is no version of it that can be wrong.

Changes land everywhere at once

Move a leg at 11am and the arrivals board, the driver’s phone and the customer’s login are already showing it. No overnight sync, no ringing round to tell people the plan changed.

The paperwork is a by-product

ePODs, walkaround checks and timings are captured as the work happens, so proving a delivery or raising the invoice is reading what is already there rather than chasing it.

Every capability in the platform is listed on the features page, and what it connects to is on integrations.

FAQ

Questions about the platform

Do I have to take all six parts?

No, and there is no per-module price list to work through. Every part except NavigateMagic is included on both plans, so what you switch on is a question of what your operation needs rather than what it costs. Most operators start with planning and the driver app, then bring the client portal and back office in as they go.

How do the parts stay in sync?

They are not synced — they read and write the same job. A change made on the planning board is already what the arrivals board, the driver app and the client portal are showing. The driver app also keeps working without signal and catches up when it reconnects.

What does it cost?

Per office user and per driver device, per month — not per vehicle. £99 per office user up to 12 combined users and devices, £79 per office user above that, and £15 per driver device on both. NavigateMagic is the only paid add-on, at £5 per device (£2 on the higher tier). Excludes VAT. Full detail is on the pricing page.

Will it work with the systems we already run?

It connects to Xero and Sage for accounts, Webfleet, Microlise and TomTom for telematics, the pallet networks and load exchanges including Palletforce, Transporeon and Transport Exchange, and WhatsApp for messaging. The integrations page lists what is connected today and how to ask for one that is not.

How long does it take to get running?

Typically two to four weeks from demo to live. What sets the pace is usually your data — customers, rates and vehicles — rather than the software.
